Job summary

This role reports to the Plant Manager and partners with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of supervisory experience in a food production environment, strong HACCP/cGMP knowledge, and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a food production or supervisory role.
• Familiarity with HACCP and cGMP is required.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a production team to meet targets and maintain quality.
• Oversee daily production, monitor lines, and drive efficiency improvements.
• Ensure a safe, clean, compliant work environment with strict HACCP/cGMP adherence.
• Provide coaching, training, and onboarding support; assist HR with performance reviews.
• Report KPIs and production updates to the Plant Manager and coordinate with other departments.
• Support implementation of new processes and SOPs to boost productivity.
