Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead daily operations on the production floor. You will ensure targets are met while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency, coordinating team duties, monitoring workflow, and enforcing health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience with 1+ year leading teams; poultry/food industry familiarity is a plus. Excellent communication and decision-making skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years of supervisory experience with 20+ employees preferred; poultry or food industry experience a plus.
• Skills: Effective written and verbal communication, independent decision making, basic computer knowledge, ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Production Supervisor - 2nd shift

In this key role, you'll serve as the frontline leader overseeing daily operations within our poultry production facility. You'll ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards for safety, quality assurance, and efficiency. Based primarily on the production floor, you'll coordinate team duties, monitor equipment and workflow, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also requires agility to respond to operational issues in real time, helping maintain a productive and well-functioning workplace.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide training and create a positive work environment to help employees reach their highest potential in quality and productivity.

What You’ll Need
