Job summary

You will manage daily production, coordinate staffing, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and cost controls. The role emphasizes teamwork, coaching, and applying Lean/OPEx principles, with responsibilities spanning planning, training, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with the Director of Operations and Production

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety, quality & compliance within the team.
• Enable Operational Excellence across the production line bringing cross-functional teamwork.
• Ensure effective two-way communication within the production team.
• Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment, and product quality.
• Ensure daily production goals are met.
• Communicate with Directors and Managers to maintain workflow and address employee concerns.
• Plan production schedules and estimate completion timelines.
• Dispatch personnel and equipment as needed.
• Coach and develop production associates; manage performance.
• Foster teamwork and embed company values across the team.
• Recruit, select, and train new employees.
