Qualifications

• Read and accurately understand the shop traveler, job orders and customer specs.
• Set up and operate different types of machinery per department processes and job requirements.
• Continuously evaluate product quality and document results in the quality system.
• Record defects, data, and required information on shop orders and computer systems.
• Follow safety training, wear PPE, and report accidents or hazards immediately.
• Cross-train on operations and equipment within the area.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery per job specifications and ensure quality standards.

• Identify and report defects, anomalies, or safety concerns.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area and material handling.
• Assist with material acquisition and area setup as needed.
