Qualifications

• 1st responder training (willing to acquire if not certified).
• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience as Production Supervisor or Team/Group Leader in a manufacturing organization.
• Ability to develop, implement and assess Lean Daily Management metrics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of company policies and safety, health, and environmental practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production teams and ensure safety and 6S in the work area.
• Lock and secure building during shifts.
• Develop strategies to help the team reach project goals.
• Assign tasks and follow up to ensure completion.
• Monitor progress to keep production on schedule.
• Manage workflow with cross-training as needed.
• Create and distribute progress reports to leadership.
• Communicate updates to 1st shift management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
