Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Oregon seeks a seasoned manufacturing supervisor to lead a cross-functional team from design to release, ensuring on-time delivery and quality across PCB production.

The role emphasizes lean leadership, process improvement, and mentoring operators and leads. Candidates should have 2+ years in a lead role and an engineering/science/business degree; familiarity with COLT, Genesis, TrueChem, Oracle, and PLC systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a lead or supervisory role is required.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in engineering, science or business management is preferred.
• Knowledge of lean terms and techniques such as 5S, one piece flow, pull signals, Kaizen, Kanban, etc.
• Experience with manufacturing software systems (MRP/COLT, CAD Genesis, SPC TrueChem, Oracle, PLC systems) is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise workforce to ensure efficient, uninterrupted operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams from design to release for customers.
• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Identify resources for projects and assign major project roles.
• Monitor programs from initiation through delivery and provide technical direction.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce yield detractors and lead times.
