Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Littleton, CO is seeking a production operator to support time-sensitive PCB manufacturing. You will read blueprints and shop orders, set up and operate equipment, and ensure output targets align with quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or equivalent, basic arithmetic skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long shifts. Training may occur on another schedule; benefits include health, retirement plans and paid

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in process and/or PCB manufacturing is a plus.
• Knowledge: Familiar with circuit board terminology and measurement tools.
• Lean principles/continuous improvement knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to production time sensitive disciplines.
• Set and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters.
• Read blueprints and engineering notes to produce designs precisely.
• Verify shop orders and ensure quality and counts.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines; adhere to schedule changes for hot orders.
• Work in a team environment with a customer-focused mindset.
