• Experience in production supervision/management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willing to work flexible hours including off-shifts weekends and holidays.
• Strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Safely manufacture a quality product while meeting customer specifications and delivery commitments.
• Practice and follow 6S principles daily and maintain housekeeping excellence.
• Ensure safety requirements and Cardinal Rules of Safety are followed at all times.
• Maintain SOPs and engineering procedures current and followed.
• Schedule employees to meet production needs and vacations per plant policies.
• Provide supervision and coaching to meet daily product metrics and goals.
• Ensure adherence to process control, operating instructions, and quality control.
• Manage TOC, variable cost, and LU targets daily/weekly/monthly.
• Communicate production needs daily and maintain plant communications.
• Control cost, WIP, and throughput; monitor production accordingly.
• Input on equipment design/installation for new processes.
• Work with employees to resolve technical and personnel problems positively.
• Maintain team environment and motivate production workforce.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production problems cost-effectively.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all production processes and materials.
