Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of food manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and driving process efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Lead daily production activities and ensure timely completion.
• Inspect equipment for proper functioning and sanitation; arrange repairs as needed.

• Supervise production scheduling, staffing, and material readiness.
• Coach, train, and develop team members; manage performance and labor relations.
