Kemps is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Minneapolis, MN. This hands-on leadership role drives production performance while promoting safety, quality, and a culture of teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of food manufacturing experience, preferably in dairy or food & beverage.
• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and driving process efficiency, productivity, and quality improvements.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams while fostering safety, quality, and efficiency.

Aufgaben

• Monitor pasteurizing, separating, cooling/freezing, filling, mixing, clean-up, standardizing, and storing operations to meet production/quality standards.
• Lead daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved.
• Inspect equipment to ensure it functions efficiently and is cleaned; arrange for timely repairs.
• Ensure compliance with SQF 2000 Level 3 for food safety and quality and promote continuous improvement.
• Supervise production scheduling, staffing, and material readiness to meet customer demand.
