Kemps in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift operations in a fast-paced dairy environment. This hands-on leadership role drives production performance while promoting safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

You will supervise scheduling, staffing, and equipment readiness, coach and develop team members, and ensure SQF compliance. A related degree and 3+ years in food manufacturing are preferred, with a track record of leading teams to high standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams with a focus on safety and quality.
• Strong understanding of process improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2nd shift production activities to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Monitor and optimize pasteurizing, separating, filling, and packaging operations.
• Ensure SQF 2000 Level 3 requirements and drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise scheduling, staffing, and material readiness to meet demand.
• Coach, train, and develop team members; manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure sanitation compliance.
