Responsibilities include monitoring operations across pasteurizing, separating, cooling or freezing, filling and packaging; guiding daily production to meet safety, quality and productivity goals; and ensuring equipment is well maintained and

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in food manufacturing, preferably in dairy or beverage industries.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems.

Aufgaben

• Monitor pasteurizing, separating, cooling/freezing, filling, mixing, clean-up, standardizing and storage operations to meet production and quality standards.
• Lead daily production activities to ensure safety, quality and productivity goals are achieved.
• Inspect equipment to ensure proper function and sanitation; arrange for timely repairs.
• Foster SQF 2000 Level 3 compliance and drive continuous improvement in operations.
• Oversee production scheduling, staffing and material readiness to meet demand.
• Coach, train and develop team members while promoting engagement and accountability.
• Manage performance, timekeeping, corrective actions and labor relations as needed.
