Job summary

Westlake Chemical is seeking a manufacturing operator to ensure only quality-approved product is packaged for customers. The role involves extrusion or injection molding, weathering, trimming, inspection, and packing across shifts.

You will help keep lines running smoothly while meeting quality standards. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years in a relevant field, with basic math and color-vision abilities.

Qualifications

• Must read and follow production schedules and standard work instructions.
• Ability to inspect, feed, package, and move product through the line.
• Strong math and counting skills for quality checks and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedule boards and perform tasks as directed by Shift Supervisor.
• Inspect, pack, and label product to meet WIP and finished goods requirements.
• Maintain nonrobotic molding machine cycles and document production data.
