Job summary

Westlake Royal Building Products in Elkland, PA is seeking a vigilant production worker to ensure only quality-approved product is packaged for the customer. This role includes extrusion or injection molding, weathering, trimming, inspection, and packing, with the goal of keeping extrusion lines and molding machines running efficiently to meet customer expectations.

The position requires standing 8-12 hours per shift, basic math, color vision, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

Basic math proficiency required.
Ability to read and follow production schedules.
Must be able to distinguish colors clearly.
Teamwork orientation and ability to collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

Comply with Safety Policies and Procedures.
Reads Production Schedule boards and performs work as assigned by shift supervisor.
Inspects, feeds, and/or packs product for Work In Process (WIP) or finished product.
Maintains standard production cycles on nonrobotic molding machines.
Detect quality defects in molded parts, trim the molded part and assemble the molded part.
Ensure that product has appropriate Lot Information printed on each product.
Build/assemble boxes.
Attach appropriate labels to boxes.
