Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our Production team in a fast paced environment. You will hire, train and direct entry level staff, ensure daily productivity and quality, and maintain inventory control while upholding safety standards.

The role includes training partners on safety policies and ensuring OSHA compliance, with hands‑on leadership over daily production flow and bottom line results. 2nd shift, full-time, Saint Cloud area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Preferred: ability to handle the physical requirements (repeated bending, stretching, twisting, lifting); ability to set and prioritize goals; availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team, including hiring, training and directing individuals performing entry level production positions on a fast paced shift.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements; maintain inventory control; ensure safety in the plant and compliance with OSHA standards and policies.
• Train partners on company safety policies and emphasize a culture of safety at the location.
• Manage daily production flow and contribute to bottom line results.
