Cintas Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Justice, IL. You will lead the production team, hire and train entry-level staff, ensure safety compliance and maintain inventory, while meeting daily productivity and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Physical requirements including bending, stretching, twisting and lifting may be needed.
• Ability to set and prioritize goals and start within two weeks after offer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on 2nd shift.
• Hire, train and direct entry-level production staff.
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals; maintain inventory control.
• Uphold plant safety and OSHA compliance; promote a safety culture.
• Manage daily production flow and contribute to bottom-line results.
