Qualifications

• Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position, including bending, stretching, twisting and lifting.
• Ability to set and prioritize goals.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Production team on 2nd shift.
• Hire, train and direct entry-level production staff.
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements.
• Maintain inventory control and safety in the plant.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and promote a culture of safety.
