Job summary

CTDI is seeking a 2nd shift production supervisor in Aurora, CO to coordinate and lead production workers, ensure targets are met, and drive quality and P&L results. The role runs 3:00PM - 11:30PM, Monday-Friday, with hourly pay including supervisory and shift differentials.

The candidate will supervise workers, schedule tasks, monitor KPIs, and ensure safety and customer SLA adherence while maintaining a positive, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in materials/distribution environment preferred.
• Capable problem-solving and decision-making with strategic focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers operating production machinery, assembling items, quality control, or packaging for shipment.
• Schedule and assign tasks, troubleshoot issues, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs with accurate reporting that exceeds customer expectations.
• Deliver clear information during shift transitions to prep the next shift for success.
• Provide first level support for escalated issues during shift.
