Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in manufacturing/production with leadership attributes, strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and company IT systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of manufacturing/production experience with leadership attributes.
• Certification and/or License may be required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor in directing daily production activities and resources.
• Lead shifts, train staff, and provide relief for breaks and vacations.
• Ensure product quality and adherence to GMP, HACCP, safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and production parameters to meet goals.
• Promote safety, maintain sanitary conditions, and suggest process improvements.
