Job summary

dfamilk is seeking a production supervisor to assist the shift, direct daily activities, and train staff in dairy production. You will lead a shift, supervise sanitation tasks, and ensure products meet specifications while improving processes.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in manufacturing with leadership, and can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, complying with GMP/HACCP and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years in manufacturing/production with leadership ability.
• Certification or license may be required during employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in directing daily production activities and resources.
• Lead shift and ensure quality production while completing sanitation tasks.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Improve processes using continuous improvement mindset.
• Maintain safety and sanitary food environment and report nonconformances.
