Job summary

LHH is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in Ocala, FL. The role leads a team of production employees, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Maintenance to keep production running smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supervising or leading employees in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and make quick decisions on the floor.
• Experience with production metrics, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Hands-on leadership on the production floor addressing issues as they arise.
• Able to work the 2nd or 3rd shift as scheduled.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/manufacturing education is a plus.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a growing manufacturing operation. This position will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, leading a team of production employees, and ensuring that safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals are consistently met.

The Production Supervisor will work closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to keep production running efficiently and address issues as they arise.

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to manage priorities and make decisions in a time-sensitive production environment.
• Experience with production metrics, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Comfortable working hands-on with production teams and addressing issues on the floor.
• Ability to work the assigned 2nd or 3rd shift schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or manufacturing education is a plus.
