Qualifications

• 3–5 years supervisory experience in a PM manufacturing facility.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience handling complex employee relations matters.
• Proficient with computers and manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Assign work and manage staffing for efficient operations.
• Train employees and provide coaching and development.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments and shift supervisors for smooth transitions.
• Communicate production results, issues, and opportunities to management.
• Review performance, coach for improvement, and set objectives for reporting staff.
• Champion 5S and housekeeping programs.
