Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Three years' experience in maintenance management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on experience with process optimization and manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turnover and identify factors for improvement; implement actions.
• Assess and develop team strengths and development needs regularly.
• Set clear, measurable goals to track results against timelines and quality targets.
• Solicit feedback from leadership and peers; provide coaching based on findings.
• Drive continuous improvement in key metrics and organizational goals.
• Maintain department reports and supervise line moves and builds.
