Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a production team in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• Reads and interprets technical documents, blueprints, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of production operators, providing guidance and feedback.
• Monitor processes to ensure quality specs and schedules are met.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
• Maintain production records including output and downtime.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance and QA to optimize processes.
