Responsibilities include managing recruitment, overseeing technical operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives, while developing team strengths and maintaining operational excellence. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supervising teams in a manufacturing environment or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with a technical assembly environment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large team to ensure production schedules are met.
• Recruit, interview, and hire technical assemblers.
• Establish measurable performance goals for operations.
• Create forums for communication within the department.
• Oversee maintenance management program and technical activities.
