Responsibilities

• Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor in managing the line and drive operators for machine utilization and efficiency with minimal downtime.
• Highlight to Manufacturing Supervisor when there is high fallout.
• Achieve daily standards set by Manufacturing Supervisor.
• Identify and develop potential operators to handle right equipment and motivate for throughput, quality and efficiency.
• Guide and assist operators in the skills required to do their jobs.
• Monitor and update hourly production status.
• Monitor CIQ system to ensure proper implementation and standards.
