RR Donnelley is seeking a Production Expeditor for the 2nd shift (2pm - 10pm) in Illinois. The role supports Production Supervision by expediting orders, adjusting manufacturing orders, and verifying customer-specific jobs to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating non-mailable pieces, organizing finished products, and assisting with production planning while maintaining clean work areas and adherence to 5S standards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of related experience; 3 years preferred.
• Knowledge of Inserter machine computer functions including opening/closing files, feeder setup, and related tasks.
• Previous Inserter Operator experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare orders using EPIC and Infoshare and expedit e work between processes.
• Verify and adjust manufacturing orders to improve workflow and inventory accuracy.
• Organize and prepare orders for downstream processes and ensure proper labeling.
• Coordinate handling of non-mailable pieces to reduce cycle time and ensure on-time delivery.
• Perform verification for customer-specific jobs on computers.
• Organize and expedite finished products from off-line machines.
• Assist with production planning, training, and other delegated duties.
