Qualifications

• Proficient with computers and software programs (MS Office, word processing, spreadsheets).

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and guidance to employees and audit work processes to ensure production specs are met.
• Direct employees to the appropriate manager for policy questions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and procedures; report problems to management.
• Inspect products/shipments to verify conformance to specs.
• Review and approve machine setups, production samples, and shipments as necessary.
• Identify opportunities for continual improvement and coordinate production activities with other departments.
