Job summary

Qualifications

• Must adhere to GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Must adhere to Allergen control programs and procedures.
• If monitoring CCPs, must be HACCP trained and follow HACCP plan.

Responsibilities

• Handle, label and package finished product.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and honestly.
• Operate and adjust processing/packaging equipment as trained.
• Report any issues to supervisor promptly.
