Job summary

Blount Fine Foods is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to oversee material movement in the warehouse during the 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM shift, ensuring inventory accuracy to support daily production.

You will lead the inventory team, verify lot numbers, process transactions, and maintain allergen controls to protect product quality.

A High School diploma and 6 months to 1 year of inventory experience are required; weekend work may be required and the company offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of inventory management experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise the inventory team to ensure accurate and timely ingredient processing for Division 7 manufacturing.
• Maintain precise inventory records within the department.
• Verify received and returned ingredients from the preparation area.
• Perform necessary inventory transactions throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with allergen control protocols and uphold the integrity of containment (IOC) of all ingredients during handling.
• Confirm accuracy of lot numbers and material movements within the inventory system.
• Promote a positive work environment by providing leadership and mentoring to team members.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.50 to $21.01, with an additional shift differential of $1.00 for second shift. Weekend work may be required based on operational needs.

Position Overview
