Blount Fine Foods is seeking an Expeditor for the third shift to coordinate and verify ingredients for manufacturing lines. You will ensure accurate documentation of ingredients and lot numbers, and support leadership with production scheduling and inventory control.

Responsibilities include preparing ingredients as needed, maintaining HACCP compliance, and assisting with training and onboarding of new staff while maintaining safety and efficiency on the floor.

Qualificações

• Six months to one-year related experience and/or training.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
• Written and verbal English communication.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent multitasking.

Responsabilidades

• Verify prepped recipe ingredients.
• Document ingredients and lot numbers for inventory accuracy.
• Ensure lines have correct recipes and safely transport ingredients.
• Communicate with production leadership on schedule productivity.
• Report missing or delayed ingredients.
• Adhere to HACCP, GMP, and allergen guidelines.
• Operate pallet jacks safely.
• Organize staging areas for recipes.
• Assist with ingredient prep if needed.
• Attend training and train new staff as needed.
• Other duties with similar skill and conditions.
