Accounting Search is seeking a Production Supervisor for the second shift in Grand Rapids, MI. You will lead one Team Leader and about 25 employees across loading, unloading, line support, inventory, material handling, and quality auditing, with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and engagement in a unionized facility.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong communication, and an ability to manage in a high-volume environment.

Competenze

• Supervisory experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience in unionized environments and with shift work.
• Knowledge of automotive paint-process controls and quality.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on leadership for second-shift paint operations.
• Lead Team Leader and ~25 production staff, ensure safety and schedule execution.
• Monitor performance, implement corrective actions, and drive 5S/Lean improvements.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance to resolve issues and maintain yield.
