Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or technical qualification is beneficial.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, ideally in automotive painting or plastics.
• Experience with unionized manufacturing facilities and working under collective bargaining rules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership for second-shift paint operations and ensure safe, efficient execution of the production schedule.
• Lead one Team Leader and ~25 employees across loading, unloading, line support, inventory, material handling, and quality functions.
• Monitor line performance, quality, scrap, downtime, and material usage; take corrective actions to meet targets.
