Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on leadership for second-shift paint operations and ensure safe, efficient execution.
• Coach one Team Leader and ~25 employees across loading, unloading, and quality.
• Allocate labor to meet daily production needs and maintain shift continuity.
• Monitor line performance, quality, scrap, downtime; take corrective action as needed.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with procedures and PPE.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance to resolve defects and variation.
• Troubleshoot automated paint line, robotics, conveyors, and sensors; escalate issues.
• Ensure materials are staged and tracked to support uninterrupted operations.
• Lead shift start-up, set priorities, and handover to next shift.
• Train staff, reinforce standardized work, address performance; maintain union rules.
• Complete shift records; drive Lean, 5S, root-cause problem solving for improvements.
