Talent With Heart is seeking a Production Supervisor for the second shift in a high-volume automotive paint operations facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. You will lead a Team Leader and about 25 production staff on loading, unloading, line support, inventory, materials handling and quality auditing.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, delivery and employee engagement in a unionized environment, with a focus on coaching, problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Experience leading a Team Leader and 20+ staff on a shift.
• Unionized facility experience and knowledge of collective bargaining preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on leadership for second-shift paint operations and ensure safe, on-time production.
• Coach and manage one Team Leader and ~25 employees across multiple functions.
• Assign labor/resources to meet daily production targets and maintain shift continuity.
• Monitor line performance, quality, scrap, downtime and material usage; act to meet targets.
