Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking a Certified Packaging Team Member for the 2nd shift (Line 14 Spoonables) in Buckner, KY. You will operate, monitor, and maintain packaging equipment, perform changeovers, and ensure product labeling and packaging accuracy.

Responsibilities include quality checks, FIFO inventory, and documenting results in SAP. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with 1 year of manufacturing experience; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or food production experience.
• Forklift certification preferred; willing to obtain certification if not held.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery (depalletizers, palletizers, conveyors, fillers, case packers, box machines, unscramblers).
• Complete equipment changeovers and address issues quickly.
• Use SAP, IQS, MII, and Weaver to keep packaging flowing; perform checks and maintenance.
• Ensure proper sanitation after changeovers and follow GMP/HACCP/SQF/FSMA policies.
