Winland Foods, Inc. is hiring a Certified Packaging Team Member for the 2nd shift in Buckner, KY. You will operate, monitor, and maintain packaging equipment, ensure product quality, and support a safe, efficient production line.

This role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1 year of manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift certification is preferred; training may be required. Join a team committed to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or food production experience.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification if not already held.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on production line equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery and monitor production lines.
• Complete equipment changeovers and address issues quickly.
• Use SAP, IQS, MII, and Weaver to keep Packaging flowing.
• Perform routine operation checks and sanitation after changeovers.
• Record inventory transactions and quality results in SAP; assist in 5S efforts.
