Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. is hiring a Certified Packaging Team Member for the 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:30am) at 1 Quality Place, Buckner, KY. You will operate and monitor packaging equipment, ensure correct labeling, and maintain product quality through sanitation and safety practices.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, with forklift certification preferred for advanced levels. Experience with SAP and packaging line operations is a plus; occasional training and team collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level).

Responsibilities

• Operate basic packaging machinery and monitor lines.
• Perform changeovers and address issues quickly.
• Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect products for correct labeling and packaging.
• Follow FIFO inventory methods and record shipments in SAP.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety compliance.
• Provide training and backfill for team members.
