Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift to guide production employees, meet targets, and maintain quality standards. You will oversee the full production process, track yields, and make real-time adjustments while training and motivating the team on safety and quality.

Responsibilities include daily floor inspections, leading safety audits, enforcing HACCP/USDA guidelines, and driving continuous improvement in workflows and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading others through training, coaching or mentoring.
• Food or beverage manufacturing background preferred; logistics/warehouse acceptable.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, for problem-solving in complex processes.
• Motivating, training, coaching employees to peak performance in a positive team environment.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments; willing to work long hours and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections on the production floor to identify unsafe conditions and take corrective action.
• Lead safety audits and ensure HACCP and USDA compliance.
• Maintain product quality by enforcing safety and quality plans and training on SOPs including lock-out/tag-out.
• Track yields, efficiencies, and variances; work with managers to improve workflows and reduce downtime.
• Direct and guide hourly employees; ensure alignment on safety, quality, and production goals.
• Lead monthly line meetings and walk the floor daily.
• Analyze product performance metrics and suggest changes to improve efficiency and quality.
