Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years experience in logistics and distribution.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Able to operate MHE.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound and warehousing activities.
• Plan staff scheduling and assign daily duties.
• Ensure safety, quality, and SOP compliance across operations.
• Communicate with client representatives and management.
• Train staff and participate in performance reviews.
• Improve processes and manage cost-efficiency initiatives.
