Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Canal Winchester seeks a Warehouse Supervisor (2nd shift 2:00 PM–10:30 PM) to oversee inbound/outbound, labor planning, and space utilization while ensuring safety and cost objectives. You will manage staff, schedule work, mentor teams, and drive KPI performance, partnering with the Operations Manager to deliver reliable service for our clients.

Requires 3 years of logistics experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; MHE certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Preferred: MHE certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, and daily warehouse operations.
• Plan labor, space, equipment, and scheduling to meet productivity goals.
• Meet client KPIs and ensure safety, quality, and cost objectives.
• Lead hiring, training, performance evaluations, and development of staff.
• Coordinate with management and HR on training and SOP adherence.
