Qualifications

• 3 years' experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Preferred: Forklift training/certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• RF Scanners and WMS experience are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, and labor planning activities daily.
• Plan daily work schedule and assign duties to warehouse staff.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost objectives in operations.
• Meet client KPIs and adhere to SOPs and client guidelines.
• Provide training and development for team members and participate in performance reviews.
• Coordinate with management and clients to communicate critical issues.
