Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering specs and shop orders.
• Set up tooling and fixtures and adjust machining factors.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and shop orders to determine setup and sequence.
• Select, position and secure tooling/fixtures.
• Adjust controls (ram stroke, speed) and die angles.
• Position and clamp stops and guides; align workpieces.
• Inspect finished work and document deviations; train others if needed.
