• Ability to read a scale and vernier calipers; proficiency with safety rules and shop-floor paperwork.
• Forklift license required in some departments, must obtain within three months.

Responsibilities

• Selects, positions, and secures tooling and fixtures.
• Adjusts machine controls for machining factors and speeds.
• Inspects or measures work and documents deviations from prints.
