Ashton North LLC in Jefferson, WI is hiring a 2nd shift Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support high-speed packaging lines in a sanitary GMP environment. This direct-hire, W-2 role offers $33.90 per hour plus overtime, with Sunday double-time premiums and full benefits.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems, maintain conveyors, and weld/fabricate as needed, with a 45-minute commute and 3+ years' relevant experience.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on industrial mechanical maintenance in a sanitary food/GMP environment.
• 3+ years maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• 3+ years maintaining conveyors, gearboxes, and drives.
• MIG/TIG welding and basic fabrication experience.
• US work authorization and residency within 45 minutes of Jefferson, WI.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complex mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on high-speed packaging equipment.
• Inspect, diagnose, and rebuild hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and fluid power systems.
• Maintain conveyors, gearboxes, and power transmission components.
• Weld and fabricate metal parts for machine guards and frames.
• Ensure GMP and sanitary compliance in all maintenance work.
• Collaborate with production operators to minimize downtime.
