Food Management Search, Inc. seeks a 2nd Shift Mechanical Maintenance Technician for high-speed packaging and GMP environments in Jefferson, WI. The role offers a starting hourly rate with overtime and double-time premiums, 2nd shift stability, and a full corporate benefits package.

Expect maintenance of high-speed equipment, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, conveyors, and welding. Requires 3+ years in sanitary food manufacturing, US work authorization, and residence within 45 minutes of Jefferson.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on industrial mechanical maintenance experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment (sanitary food manufacturing / GMP background preferred).
• 3+ years of verifiable experience maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• 3+ years of experience maintaining industrial conveyor systems, drive assemblies, gearboxes, and high-speed mechanical drives.
• Demonstrated welding capability (MIG/TIG) and basic fabrication for machine repair.
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder status and residency within 45-minute daily drive of Jefferson, WI.

Responsabilidades

• High-Speed Equipment Maintenance: complex mechanical troubleshooting, routine repairs, and preventive maintenance on high-speed sanitary processing and packaging machinery.
• Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems: inspect, diagnose, and rebuild hydraulic/pneumatic circuits and components.
• Conveyor & Drive Care: maintain, align, and repair conveyor systems, gearboxes, bearings, and power transmission components.
• Welding & Fabrication: perform floor-level TIG/MIG welding and minor fabrication for machine repair.
• GMP & Sanitary Compliance: ensure all maintenance meets sanitary food manufacturing standards and GMPs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with production operators and sanitation teams to minimize downtime.
