Voltava seeks an Operations Manager to provide hands-on leadership of manufacturing and assembly operations in a fast-paced environment. You will drive safety, productivity, and quality while coordinating with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement, with a focus on achieving operational excellence and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Data-driven decision making and KPI literacy.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily manufacturing and assembly operations to meet targets.
• Lead production readiness and launch activities.
• Monitor KPIs such as OEE and FTTQ and address gaps.
• Manage labor utilization, overtime, attendance, and budgets.
• Develop and coach Shift Managers and team members.
• Ensure safety compliance and process improvements.
