Tate is seeking a Team Leader to direct the Red Lion, PA production department, ensuring on-time, quality products within cost targets. You will lead a skilled team of manufacturing professionals and partner with cross-functional colleagues.

This role requires 8–10 years in manufacturing, strong supervisory skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will enforce safety policies, coordinate shipping and inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 8–10 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and computer literacy.

Responsabilités

• Direct the activities of the production department to meet quality, cost and schedule targets.
• Enforce safety policies, PPE usage, and incident reporting.
• Coordinate shipping, packing, labeling, and inventory adjustments.
• Support development and growth of employees in the department.
• Maintain housekeeping and adherence to safety procedures.
