Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification or apprenticeship preferred.
5+ years of tool and die experience in manufacturing.
1-2 years of leadership or team lead experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience with machining, CNC equipment, and precision measurement tools.

Responsibilities

Own tooling performance by ensuring dies, molds, and tools meet production requirements.
Coordinate tool fabrication, maintenance, and repair activities.
Troubleshoot tooling issues to minimize downtime.
Monitor tool wear and maintenance schedules.
Lead tool and die technicians and assign daily work.
Ensure adherence to tooling standards and procedures.
