You will work under the Production Supervisor to maintain line efficiency and mentor team members, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams is preferred.
• Proven ability to train and develop other employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate team activities including delegating work assignments.
• Monitor inventory, policy adherence and training across shifts.
• Motivate associates to achieve productivity and quality goals.
• Plan daily scheduling with Supervisor and Supply Chain inputs.
• Maintain safe, efficient line operations and ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering to keep equipment running.
